Class timings:

Saturday from 8:30 – 11:30AM and 4:30 – 8:00PM

Sunday from 8:30 – 11:30AM and 4:30 – 8:00PM

Experience: Intermediate
Age: 14 and above

 

Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, come on an empty stomach (avoid eating 4 hours before class)

Yogasanas Practice Review

Practice to Perfect

Once you have completed a Yogasanas workshop, join us at the studio for a practice session. In this guided session, you will receive individualized corrections.


Prerequisite: Yogasanas Workshop

Yogasanas: Standing Postures

Yogasanas are physical postures through which one can transform the body and the mind into a possibility for ultimate wellbeing. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy to naturally achieve a chemistry of health, joy, blissfulness, and above all balance.

The Standing Postures workshop is a next step in building a classical yoga practice you can continue on your own wherever you are: home, travel, vacation, or at work.
