Surya Kriya Workshop - April 22, 2023

Saturday April 22 from 9:00AM - Noon

and Saturday April 22 from 5:00 - 8:00PM

*Attendance require for both sessions

Cost: $200 for full workshop

Agility level: Beginner

Ages: 14+

Prerequisites: No prior experience of yoga required

Please wear comfortable cotton clothing and bring a yoga mat

Empty stomach required (avoid eating four hours before class)
