Sunday from 8:00 - Noon and 5:00 - 9:00PM

Cost:

$350 Full workshop (all four session required)

$175  Retake workshop (for those who have taken the program and wish to renew their practice)

$60 Session Four (for those who have learned advanced asanas and wish to review the practice)

Experience: Intermediate

Age: 14 and above

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing

Come on an empty stomach (avoid eating 4 hours before class)
